Confirmation goes out on WhatsApp

Official WhatsApp, not your personal number

Messages go out from a WhatsApp Business account in the name of your clinic, through Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform. No bulk-sending tools, and no risk of your number being banned.

And patients agree to confirmations and reminders when they book, so every message is one they expect.

Send us your clinic's name and Instagram, and we'll set up a working booking system in its colours and send you the link. If you like it, we carry on. If not, close the link and pay nothing.

Do patients need to download an app?

No. Booking opens from a link on any phone, with no account.

Does it work with several doctors?

Yes. Each doctor has their own hours and days, and patients choose the doctor first.

Which number do the WhatsApp messages come from?

From a WhatsApp Business number in your clinic's name, through Meta's official platform. Not a personal number, so there's no risk of it being banned.

What happens when a patient cancels?

The slot opens up on the page again, and someone else can book it.

Who owns the patient data?

You do. We hand you a full copy whenever you ask, even if you stop the plan.

How do I know it suits my business?

We set up a working version with your clinic's name and colours, and you try it on your phone before paying anything.
